Most of the supplements and products I recommend I have personally used and continue using while breastfeeding. I only promote products that I have investigated and truly feel deliver value to you. Most nutritional supplements that you find on the market are in synthetic form, which makes them difficult to absorb nutrients from, often causing constipation, stomach upset, and nausea. Many contain artificial coloring and fillers as well. Just like I encourage my clients to buy and consume quality, whole foods over processed, low quality ingredients, I do the same for supplements. If you're looking for guidance with proper dosage according your status, I would love to support you as a certified nutritionist. You can book a consultation appointment here.

Studies have shown that Raspberry leaf tea can:
- Help shorten the duration of labor
- Reduce the risk of preterm, or even posters gestation
- Decrease the need to have membranes ruptured
- Lower the likelihood of a cesarean section, forceps, and vacuum
A wonderful way to stay hydrated all day with added benefits! Brew strong batches and consume several cups everyday!
Does not cause preterm labor.
This is the one I've taken for both pregnancies, and while breastfeeding. It does not make you feel nauseas when taken first thing in the morning, which I found to be the case with others.
Continue use through breastfeeding journey until baby has weaned.
I take this everyday. Throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, Omega 3, DHA & EPA are absolutely crucial in the health and wellbeing of mother and baby.
My children and I take the oil, which is the link provided above.
There is also a softgel form if you can't stand the taste. However, DHA dosage is lower.
Folate (not folic acid)
Vitamin D3 (vegan)
Bone & Muscle Health: Both vitamin D and vitamin K2 support bone and muscle health, along with cardiovascular health and immune function.
Promote Calcium Absorption: Vitamin D is necessary for calcium absorption, and vitamin K is important for directing calcium to the bones and away from the soft tissues, such as the blood vessels and kidneys.
Vitamin D3 is a fat soluble vitamin, and must be consumed with a fat to be absorbed. This has MCT oil.
